Due to the shortage of IT development personnel, the customer had hired dispatch companies and freelance engineers, but it still couldn't meet their needs. The customer is now considering offshore development to have a stable and suitable workforce. TDA has started labo development with a small group of excellent engineers. Then, TDA will increase the number of engineers as needed. TDA has ensured the appropriate number of engineers without waste. Although the customer doesn't have much experience in offshore development, they are very satisfied with TDA's service.
