    • Developing an education support system.

    The customer wanted to upgrade their existing system, but the system documentation was incomplete, making it necessary to review the source code. However, reviewing the source code could potentially lead to two issues: first, difficulties in ensuring quality, and second, increased costs. TDA used a Japanese-speaking bridge engineer to communicate with the customer and understand their requirements. The development work was then transferred to Vietnam to reduce costs. After being highly evaluated for this project, the customer sent additional requests to TDA for developing smartphone applications.
